Through state approvals and reciprocity agreements, Nightingale College is permitted to offer the online didactic (classroom) learning elements of the College’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), RN-to-BSN and Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN Ed) Programs online in every state in the United States.
Additionally, these same reciprocity agreements, together with state regulations, permit Nightingale College to conduct supervised on-ground field experiences (SOFEs) in various locations across the country. All didactic instruction takes place online.
Learners meet at SOFE partner facilities only for the practical application of theories and skills previously acquired through online didactic learning. No original instruction takes place during these on-ground supervised field experiences. Learn more here.
